Because individual foot shape and personal fit preferences differ, PROE cannot guarantee an identical fit for every customer. Customers are encouraged to review the sizing guide carefully before placing an order.
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy form part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order with PROE, you acknowledge and agree to the terms contained within those policies.
Delivery estimates are provided as guides only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All prices displayed on our website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, limit quantities, or refuse any order where pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances arise.
An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully received and confirmation has been issued by PROE.
